Our Fees
Fees are charged on the day of arrival, if your pet is collected before 10.30am on their departure day there is no charge for that day. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any pet showing signs of illness. No extra fee is charged for the administration of medications during normal working hours, if your pet requires medication out of hours there may be a charge for this, please ring us to discuss your pet’s requirements. Any veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner of the pet/pets.
Small/medium dogs - £19.00 per day
Large dogs - £20.00 per day
X-large dogs - £21.00 per day
Cats - £13.00 per day
There is a minimum charge of £23.00 for any stay.
Minimum stay for cats is 3 days.
These fees do not include food.
Any damages caused by your pet will be charged for.
We accept cash and card payments, sorry no cheques.
Minimum stay at peak times such as weekends and Bank Holidays and School holidays for dogs is three days, Bank Holidays will be charged at double rate. Any out of hours collections will incur an additional charge.
We welcome you to get in touch if you have any questions or would like to arrange a visit. We want you to feel comfortable enough when you leave your pet in our expert care at these amazing kennel facilities.
Opening times
Monday to Friday 9am to 11am and 4pm to 6pm; Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays 10am to 12 noon.
We are closed Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years day.
